Nick is a Certified General Appraiser in the state of Iowa, a licensed appraiser in Illinois and is FHA certified in both Iowa and Illinois, as well as a real estate Broker in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin.  Nick also has an extensive background in commercial property management, development, and sales. He serves as a member of the Dubuque County Board of Health, and the Board of Directors of the Hoffmann Development Center, and the Dubuque County Board of Public Health.
